Terms and conditions of sale and use

These terms and conditions govern the sale of products and services on this site. Placing an order on this site implies full acceptance of these terms.

Article 2 - Products and prices

The products and services offered for sale, and their prices, are those shown on the product pages at the time of ordering. Prices are stated inclusive of all taxes unless otherwise indicated. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time; products are invoiced based on the rates in force when the order is confirmed.

Article 3 - Order

The order is confirmed once products have been selected, billing information entered, and payment validated. A confirmation email is sent to the buyer once the order is validated.

Article 4 - Payment

Payment is due immediately upon ordering, using the payment methods offered on the site through a secure payment provider. Banking information is neither collected nor stored by us.

Article 5 - Delivery and access to products

For digital products (modules, extensions, downloadable files), access is made available to the buyer immediately after payment is validated, from their customer account or via a link sent by email. For products or services requiring physical delivery or an on-site intervention, the timeframe is specified on the product page.

Article 6 - Right of withdrawal

In accordance with applicable regulations, consumers have a 14-day period from the date of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify a reason.

This right of withdrawal does not apply, however, to the supply of digital content not provided on a physical medium whose performance has begun after the buyer's prior express agreement and express waiver of their right of withdrawal (as in the case of immediate download of a digital product).

Article 7 - Warranties

Products sold benefit from the legal warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects provided for by the regulations applicable in the buyer's country. These legal warranties apply independently of any commercial warranty that may be offered.

Article 8 - Liability

Our liability cannot be engaged for damages resulting from a use of the product that does not comply with its documentation, or from causes beyond our control. In the event of difficulty installing or using a product, buyers are invited to contact us directly.

Article 9 - Complaints and mediation

In the event of a dispute, buyers are invited to contact us first in order to seek an amicable solution. Failing an agreement, and in accordance with applicable regulations, European consumers may use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Article 10 - Governing law

These terms and conditions are governed by the law applicable at the seller's registered place of business. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably falls under the jurisdiction of the competent courts.
